What Happens in a Discovery Call:

Firstly, we identify the purpose of our work: your desired goal. We examine your criteria for success. We explore the complexity of the challenges you face and the resources available to you. For example, time available is often a limited resource that constrains our approach. This conversation is also an opportunity for you to better understand Coach Mike’s approach to coaching and what working together might look like in practice.

Ultimately, you should be able to answer the question, “Is coaching with Coach Mike right for me?”

With a “yes,” we then capture the specific details in a professional coaching agreement. This serves as the contract between us and specifies the “who, what, when, where, and how” of our coaching engagement. It includes terms and conditions related to policies and procedures, communication, confidentiality, duration, fee, and tasks and activities.

Once both parties e-sign the document, we are ready to begin working together to your goal.
